The injury is not considered season-ending at this point, the source said, and Suggs still wants to play.
The 14-year veteran appeared to suffer the injury while sacking quarterback Eli Manning in the fourth quarter. The medical staff put a wrap on Suggs' left arm, but he did not return.
This could be terrible news. Suggs played with a torn bicep during the 2012 season but he's now four years older. Sizzle has been great this season, racking up five sacks through the first six games.
If this is a season-ending injury where does this leave the Ravens pass rush? Dumervil has missed several games and hasn't notched a single statistic yet this season and Zadarius Smith got banged up as well on Sunday.
Another question.........if this is season-ending will we see Suggs in a Ravens uniform ever again? He has a cap hit of nearly $7 million each of the next two seasons and he turns 35 years old next season. We will see the extent of the injury as this week's injury report comes out on Tuesday. Let's hope for a speedy recovery for the Ravens career leader in sacks.
